We operate from a home-based studio and also offer mobile services across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas — so you can be treated where you're most comfortable.
Arrive with clean skin and avoid active skincare (like retinoids or exfoliants) for 24–48 hours beforehand. We'll send tailored preparation guidance based on your selected treatment once your booking is confirmed.
Your appointment begins with a brief consultation and skin assessment, followed by the treatment itself in a calm, sterile environment. We finish with aftercare guidance so you know exactly how to care for your results.
Each treatment has its own aftercare plan — generally gentle cleansing, hydration, and sun protection. We provide clear, written aftercare instructions before you leave so you feel confident caring for your skin.
